Mark’s practice is primarily focused on international dispute resolution (through arbitration, litigation, or ADR techniques) and includes advising clients on the drafting and selection of dispute resolution/jurisdiction/forum clauses, as well as nationality planning in connection with investments in foreign jurisdictions. In addition, he advises on bribery, corruption and international sanction violation issues, particularly those connected with the UK.

Mr. Asri Mousa is an independent expert on Iraqi oil and gas. He obtained his first and master’s degree in process engineering from the Universal of Sheffield, UK, in the early 1970’s. In the following 38 years he has assumed several leading post at Iraq National Oil Company, South Oil Company and the Ministry of Oil, Iraq, before retiring early 2011 to start a new phase in the oil industry as an independent oil and gas advisor.

He previously worked in Morgan Stanley’s Global Energy Group in New York and provided investment banking advice on mergers and acquisitions for major oil companies.
